Week 22

Dear Tucker,

We started out our week with exciting news! You got a new baby GIRL cousin! AMS was born on Saturday, June 30th! You are exactly 21 weeks apart. I know this will be so fun when yall are both a little bit older.

Sunday your Aunt K and LK came for a quick visit! You loved seeing and playing with them!
We just played around the house!

We had some bad storms Sunday night and you just slept right through them!

Monday morning we loaded up early and headed to SC to meet your new cousin! You were great in the car and just slept all but 15 minutes of the drive! Such a good baby in the car!

We just hung out with your new cousin and Aunt and Uncle and GMama. 

On Tuesday, Grandpa came to meet AMS for the first time and you had a great time playing with Grandpa too! You enjoyed looking at boats with him!

Wednesday you turned 5 months old! Slow down...you are growing up way too fast!

Also, you enjoyed your first 4th of July! 

We went to a cookout at our dear friends house and had a great time! We skipped out on the firework this year...but we can't wait to take you next year!

You are doing the sweetest thing ever now...you've been grabbing our faces for while but now you don't just grab my face to try to eat it, it's like you are kissing or hugging me. It melts my heart every single time you do it. It's so sweet. You do it now every time I get you out of your bed or pick you up. :)

You hardly ever cry now when you do tummy time! You are now rolling over both ways. And now you love to push up on your hands. Thursday you started to push up on your knees.

It's been so hot here so we've been playing inside only. Can't wait for cooler weather so you can enjoy the outdoors like your Daddy!

Daddy put your playset inside for right now so that you can still enjoy it!

Our morning routine has stayed the same this week. You love to play in the mornings after you eat and I love watching you think. :)

I'm so excited that your eyes have stayed so blue! Some rude people say they will change, but I hope they stay blue forever! :) You're mama's blue eyed boy!

And your thighs are just the best! :)

Saturday we traveled to Augusta to see one of Daddy's childhood best friends, B and her husband B and their sweet kids R and A! We had so much fun with them and you LOVED playing with R and A!

Again such a great week with you sweet boy! 

We love you so much and want you to slow down with the growing because we are enjoying you so much! :)
