Sorry I left you all hanging for the second part of the Spring Break pictures! My week has been super busy but great so far!! But I promise to put the rest up very soon!

• I've put extra baby oil on the past couple of days...I cannot lose my tan!! :)

• If there is 41 days of school left...yes I'm counting and it's okay!
• If I've had some really good hair days lately...this doesn't happen much for me so I must talk about them!
• If was a SCRADY pants yesterday when we had someone on the loose in our town who was armed and dangerous and killed a police officer and shot another one twice..and our school was put on lock-down....it was a scary aftternoon!

Spring Break Part 1:

Whew what a wonderful week!

Spring Break was relaxing, exciting, fun, adventurous, and so much more!

I'm so blessed to be able to vacation in the Bahamas for a week with  my sweet Mr. and his parents!

First stop was San Salvador!

 Very funny story behind this picture! This old man said he could play a song that Mr. H wanted to hear, but it wan't the right song at all and it was terrible! Mrs. H is laughing and Mr. H is annoyed that she paid $5 to have him play! Mr. just played with the dog the whole time!

San Salvador was beautiful and great for diving! Not much else to do there expect dive, but we saw some amazing things! Hammerhead, reef sharks, sting rays, tons of fish, HUGE puffer fish, and tons of BEAUTIFUL coral!

Next post will be the second half our week in Hope Town!

Intern/BLESSING!

I have a this WONDERFUL intern...have I told you about her??

Well she is just precious! And my students LOVE her!

She is a student at UGA, and she will graduate this coming December!

She spend her Thursdays and Fridays with us in our classroom! And from day one has jumped right in! (She is a NATURAL!)

She has been with us all week this week, and we have gotten spoiled! And my kids are LOVING her writing unit that she is teaching!

We might be paired up together next fall and I think it would just be great! She is going to make an EXCELLENT teacher when she graduates!

• If I get defensive about my students! I want what's best for them!
• If I had a wonderful time with my mom, sisters and Mr. on Sunday and we sat around together all day! It was wonderful!
• If the Mr. and I email each other about Lucy and Ethel! (They are our kids!)
• If I make Buffalo Dip for every occasion...everyone loves it! 
• If I want to wear my TOMS everyday...they are SOO comfy!
• If I'm super mad that I'm behind on Teen Mom!
• If I love OJ...I have to have it every morning to take my vitamins!

Tuesday! With a Smile!

Since I didn't really end my week of blogging nice last week, I thought I would start this one out positive!

• I love my job! It's hard but very rewarding!


• My hair hasn't been too frizzy lately! Knock on wood that it stays that way!


• I'm really looking forward to Spring Break!


• Hands down I have the funniest sisters ever!


• I like it alot when I actually make the Mr. laugh...it doesn't happen too often!


• I love grad school! I feel like my brain is being used again in a different way!


• I'm pretty much obessed with blogging!



Sweet 16!

Happy SWEET 16th Birthday to my little sister LK!

I CANNOT believe she is 16 today! I literally remember the day she was born!!! We are 10 years apart but very close! We have a lot in common (double names, picky eaters, into fashon, love mini eggs and so much more!) and are very much alike! She makes me laugh a lot too! I'm very blessed to have such a sweet and fun sister! I love you LK!

Week in Bullets:

• I've used an entire box of tissues this week..in 4 days to be exact.
• Clartin D makes me feel weird but helps somewhat with whatever sickness I have going on.
• I broke my work laptop...bad news...that's how I teach about 80% of the day...the screen is way broken. Who knows how much they will charge me for breaking it...ugh.
• 5 school days until Spring Break...thank the Lord!
• There is no I in team...just sayin'
• I have no time to run or work out and it makes me extremely sad.
• Busy weekend ahead...going to try to enjoy it.
• Felling out of control is the WORST feeling ever. Especially since I'm pretty much a control freak.
• TOMS are the MOST comfortable shoe I've ever put on my foot!
• I've come to the realization that people will be jealous of you even when you are 26...I guess I thought it was a high school or college thing....I'm really not trying to be full of myself...but when people talk bad about me or cause problems because of what I do, then they must be jealous.
• I love my dogs so much! They make me so happy every time I come home!
• Have you had PeaceTea?? My little sis K introduced it to me and it's SOOO yummy!
• I promise all my post won't be negative...just lots going on right now.

Boy Stuff!

The Mr. and J had a manly day together!

They cut down a tree!

 It was dead could possibly fall on their house.

So J and the Mr. had fun cutting it down and doing boy stuff together!

They did a great job! Both were super sore afterwards!

Makes the yard look so much better without the dead tree!
