New Years Eve last year! We spent our first New Years together as a newly engaged couple! We brought in the new year at Eric's best friend, Kennys house! It was a great night!
This picture is from my sororities Installation Banquet where I was sworn in as President for my second term. Eric's Nana and Mom joined us for the banquet. 
After a long day of trying on a million dresses at David's Bridal and not finding one. I went to J Andrews in Peachtree City and bought the 3rd dress I tried on! It was perfect and I didn't have to have one alteration done to the dress!
Febuary 2008:
My wonderful sister-in-law threw us a awesome Engagment Party that was Valentines themed! It was a wonderful evening filled with great food, great friends and family and love!
Valentines Day was spent in Carrollton! We went and ate Japanese and watched a movie!
For Eric's birthday I took him to Savannah! It was a great weekend! And I surpised him and took him to eat at Paula Deen's restraunt...it was SOOO yummy!!March 2008:
In March, it was my Spring Break...but I was planning on spending the week doing wedding stuff. But Eric surpised me and took me to SanDestin! We went to our dear friend Naders condo with him and a bunch of other friends! It was a great get-away! 
Easter was spent with both of our families! It was such a nice day! We went to church and then headed to Amie's house to visit with them and then to my aunts house for the big egg hunt!
April 2008:
In April I had my last sorority formal! It was a great night spent in Atlanta with dinner and dancing! And I had the cutest date! :)
My three best friends threw a SURPRISE bridal shower for me! It was so fun! A bunch of girls from the sorortiy came...and Eric was in on the surprise the whole time and he didn't give it away!
I had a Bridal Lunch for all my wonderful bridesmaids in April! We all got together and ordered their dresses and then had a wonderful lunch at the Yellow House in Newnan!
Britta went to her Senior Prom in April! I can't believe how old she's getting! She looked absoutly beautiful and she had a lot of fun that night!
Lauren and Will got engaged about a week after us back in December of 2007. This picture is from their engagment party in April! It was fiesta themed and so fun!
May 2008:
This is from our last night in Carrollton all four of us together. Lauren was graduating, I'm getting married and Lexie and Hannah will still be in Carrollton. Such a great night!
Kendall was confimed in May! It was such a great time all together!!
Lauren(my best friend) graduated from West Georiga! She started Grad School in the summer! These are from her graudation and graduation party! What a great weekend!
We took Kendall to a Braves game as her present for her Confirmation. We had a lot of fun and the Braves won!
All of my mother-in-laws friends from church threw me a shower! The theme was hot pink and black and it was just perfect! 
We went to Naders graudation party in May too! His younger sister and brother both graduated from college and high school! We are with Rachel, Nader and Cat.
Britta graduated from Whitewater High School with honors!! SO excited for her! She is attending Georgia State to study Film!
Eric's good friend from church, Josh Strickland tied the knot to a sweet girl, Sarah! The wedding was an outdoor ceremony in Valdosta, Georgia.
At the end of May, my mom and I threw Leslie a baby shower! It's a BOY! It was a great shower filled with many sweet people! We are so excited about our first nephew/grandson!!June 2008:
Eric's really good freind from church, Josh Allyson married Jenny! Eric was a groomsmen in the wedding...the wedding was beautiful!
In June I also found out one of my best friends, Hannah, got engaged!!!! YAY! We can't wait for her to marry Stanley! He proposed in front of her and his whole families!! The wedding will be in Spring 2010!
Also in June Leslie, Britta, Bonnie and Jan threw me a Bridal Shower! It was perfect! It was alot of fun and it was great to share this time with my closest friends and family!
It's a BOY! Aidan Harper Biggs was born June 30th!!! Eric and I became Aunt and Uncle!! YAY!!
July 2008:
July was filled with last minute wedding details and getting ready to move! We moved into our frist place a week before the wedding and stayed our first night when we got back from our Honeymoon!! We were so excited about our first place as a married couple!August 2008:
We became MR. AND MRS. HAMMARLUND!!!! YAY!
We had the most AMAZING honeymoon! We went to Punta Cana, DR! The week was filled with tons of relaxing and talking about our perfect wedding and planning the future!!
The rest of August was settling into our new home and going on fun dats as a marrie couple! We made pottery! We really love being married!
September 2008:
We went to a UGA game and tailgated with a bunch of Eric's college friends! September was a busy month filled with getting into the routine of driving far to student teach for me and work for Eric.
October 2008:
We spent the weekend with Nana while Eric's parents went out of town. So we went to the Great American Air Show in Peachtree City! Nana enjoyed watching the planes and we enjoyed spending time with her!
We celebreated Wills 24th birthday! He is Laurens finance...we went and ate at Benihanas in Atlanta!
November 2008:
In early November,my big sister in the sorority got married!! It was such a beautiful wedding!!! If you look at older post there is a funny story of how Eric and I went to the wrong wedding...well we made it to the right one just in time! :)
My mom's work, Nationwide Insurance, had a family day at Stone Mountain! We all went and had a great day all together! We rode up the moutain and walked down and enjoyed the Christmas Town they have there too! 
For Thanksgiving we hosted it for both of our families! It was so wonderful to have both families come together for our first holiday married! We plan to do this in the years to come!December 2008:
We celebrated my 24th birthday with both families! I blew out all 24 at the same time!! :)
I finally graduated!!! YAY! And I had a lot of family and friends attend the cermony and my graduation dinner! Now just if I can find a job! :)

Eric and I are so thankful for all the many blessings of 2008!! We cannot wait to see what 2009 has in store for us!!
