Exciting News!

So, we are MOVING! :) YAY!

Well, we have to sell our house first of course!

And we are building a house!! So excited about this! Being able to get exactly what we want!!

We are moving about 15 min away from where are now...but we are moving away from everything...which I'm excited about. It will take 10-15 min to get to a grocery store...which is what I'm used to from growing up. The neighborhood is much smaller then our current one and the lots are much bigger! We will have a big yard that the kids and dogs can enjoy! And of course us too! 

We've picked colors and upgrades. We are just waiting for them to get permits and then they will start clearing the land. 

We will update with pictures as we go through the process! :) 

They're going to have a baby!!

My best friend J and her husband T shared some very exciting news with us recently! 

They are going to have a baby!!

We are so excited! We are very close to J and T and couldn't be more excited that they are joining the parenting world with us!

They love Tucker so much and I know that their baby will be a blessing to us! 

J and I have already talked so much about Baby W! 

We are so excited for you J and T! We love all three of yall!

My best friend C is expecting baby number 2! YAY!

She is due March 1st with my second niece/nephew!

Nook!

I got a Nook tablet for my birthday!!

WHOOHOO!

I'm so excited about it!! I was totally surprised! My family is just too good to me!

I know this will come in handy while I'm up in the wee hours of the morning with TJH! Feedings may be long and this sweet toy will help with that! Also, I'm super excited about reading over my breaks coming up! I also was given a rubber cover and Vera Bradley case for it!

It's a....

GIRL!!!!

No, not us yet...that's next month.

But my BFF M is having a GIRL!!! She is 5 weeks ahead of me in her pregnancy! I was honored to help her with her Gender Reveal party before we left for the Bahamas. It was so fun!

It was such a great evening! So excited for J and M!

Sharing Our News!

So I'm sure if you've had a baby before you know the feeling of wanting to tell EVERYONE that you are with child! Well, that happened to me about 15 minutes after I saw the PREGNANT on the pregnancy test.

We've of couse wanted to wait. But some people had to know early. :)

We told our family all in one weekend! And we just happend to be celebrating the Mr.'s parents 30th wedding anniversary! Here ya go!

How I told the Mr!

So, the Mr. was out of town when I found out I was pregnant!

I didn't think I was pregnant...

But that Saturday night I had a dream.

So when I woke up Sunday(June 5th) morning I decided to take a test just to see!

The dogs woke me up at 6am....especially early since the Mr. wasn't home to take them out! ha! :) I took the dogs out, went upstairs to take the test. Then I headed back down to feed the dogs and such. I just left the test upstairs because it took 3 minutes to give the answer.

Well I finally head back upstairs forgetting about the test, then I remembered...so I went in the bathroom and looked down and this is what I saw:

I was sooo shocked!! And SOO excited! I ran downstairs and got my camera afraid that it would go away before the Mr. got home!

I tried going back to sleep...NOT happening! So I got up! The Mr. and I had bought a hammer cookie cutter way back when we were engaged...we said we would use it to tell people we were pregnant. :) So I headed downstairs to make the Mr. some HAMMAR cookies!

We just happened to have this packet in our pantry...I usually make things from scratch but it was about 6:15am! ha!

Then I broke out my Cricut and started cutting! :)

I wrote a poem...

"We have some exciting news,

And it's nothing to do with the blues.

God has given us a blessing

It comes with a lot of nesting.

No matter girl or boy,

We will love our new bundle of joy!

We are going to have a

BABY HAMMAR!"

Then I set it all up for him!

He came home that afternoon and this is what he came home to!

It was an exciting evening!

Wonderful News!

We will have a new member of our family in

February 2012!!!

We are so excited and SOO blessed. So thankful that God has given us such a wonderful blessing! We cannot wait to meet our little baby in February!

Our pups are FAMOUS! :)

Lucy and Ethel made the FRONT page of our local newspaper yesterday! :)

Tuesday, the Mr. took the pups to the creek for a swim! And while he was there a man from the newspaper was taking pictures. The Mr. came home and told me about it, but we weren't sure if they would actually make the paper. But they did!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

 We were so proud! The Mr. went out and bought 4 papers! :)

O just wait until we have human kids! ha! :)

I've known for a while and of course kept it a secret! :)

Her and her husband are having a gender reveal party in July!

It's going to be soo much fun!!

I've been helping her with some of the planning of the party!

We went a couple of weeks ago to get supplies and this last week we started making some of the party items! We had an afternoon where we broke out the Cricut and glue and got busy!!

I will only are a couple of pictures, because I want yall to see the whole thing once we set up and have the party! :)
