EKH & OCH Week 52

Dear Emma Kate and Olivia,

Mommy can't believe this is my last weekly post for you two sweet girl! What an unbelievable 52 weeks! 

You girls just want to be on Mommy when I get home in the afternoons! You climb all over me and kiss and hug me!

You girls have officially started to "wrestle"! It's so cute! And you both squeal with excitement the whole time!! 

Bath time is always super fun part of the day! 

You girls think your big brother is so funny when he dumps water on his head!

Both you loved riding on the motorcycle this week and have really good balance of staying on it! 

We started brushing your teeth a couple of weeks ago and you girls just LOVE it!!! Emma Kate you have 8 teeth so far!!! Olivia, you have 4! 

We played in the pool a lot this weekend! 

You girls love crawling on Daddy too! 

Olivia, you are such a big girl now! You are now taking 12-18 steps at a time! You always look like this when you're walking...BIG smile!!! 

We've been singing Happy Birthday a lot this week to get you two ready for your BIG day next week!

You two have always been close, but you two are becoming EVEN closer(if that's even possible!)...you two MUST be near each other at all times...if one goes out of sight you quickly find each other! 

Hot dogs and watermelon are a favorite with both of you!

EK, you had a big weekend too! You started walking with the walker and are SO proud of yourself! You are always looking up at Mommy or Daddy for us to keep cheering you on! So cute!

Can't believe this is my last weekly post about you two...you two have filled our hearts and home with SO much joy! We love you two SO very much!

EKH & OCH Week 51

Dear Emma Kate and Olivia,

This week was filled with fun and sickness...:( Just head colds for you two girls. Cee was so patient and good with you two even though you weren't feeling well. She gave you two lots of extra cuddles. 

Owie, you didn't want to sleep at the beginning of the week. But your stitches did great and your cut is so much better!

Spaghetti is still a huge hit with you two sweet girls!

You two are so adventurous with your big brother. :) He helps you get whatever you want!

Daddy was able to come home early a couple of days this week and so you girls got a bath without TJH. 

O, you do better with bath with just EK. TJH and EK LOVE to splash and you don't care for it. So when it' just the two of you, you will play longer. :)

Friday we headed to the park after school to kick off the long weekend! 

Then we met Daddy at Chick-fil-A for dinner! You girls LOVE eating your grilled nuggets and fruit!

All of the fun wore you out Miss EK! :) And before you fell asleep you pulled your bow! 

You girls really enjoy playing together...it's really sweet when I can catch it on camera too. You girls like to play chase, blocks and play in your cupcake kitchen together. You also LOVE to play with balls together. 

Saturday we headed to the Farmers's Market and cheered on the Dawgs! You girls were in bed not long after the game started but we still dressed you in red and black!

And then on Sunday we made a very random/unplanned trip to G and Pa's house!!! So fun!

You two loved playing with Cousin A and TJH! 

And the dog crate was a hit like always at G and Pa's! :)

What a wonderful week expect the sickness...but by the end of the week you two were feeling a bit better! 

We love you so very much and love how much joy you bring in our lives!

EKH & OCH Week 50

Dear Emma Kate and Olivia,

What a great week! You two are into everything these days and are always making us smile! 

So glad some of your clothes still fit from last fall! :) Glad, Aunt Cee bought clothes a little bit bigger. :)

You two got your first birthday present!!! A super fun cupcake kitchen from our cousin M! :) So much fun! You girls LOVE it and have already baked SO many cupcakes! 

Daddy went out of town for the weekend. We still had A LOT of fun at home for the weekend!

Tucker wanted to read a book to you two before bed and you two actually listened. :) 

You two liked watching TJH pick up the dead bugs outside on Saturday morning! 

Saturday morning we headed out on a hike with  J and M! You two LOVED being in the stroller on the bumpy trail!

Caught you two holding hands on the trail too! :) 

TJH was tickling you two so much and you both loved it! I got some super cute videos of it! 

Climbing the stairs...yall did so good! Later in the weekend this wouldn't end so well. :(

Sunday morning started off great! Lots of playing and big breakfasts! 

Then when it was time for morning nap we all headed up the stairs...Owie, you went a few ahead and then turned around I guess to see where EK was and fell down a few stairs and hit your head. :( We had to take you to Urgent Care and you got 4 stitches. :( You were SO brave!

When we got back TJH and EK had had so much fun with J and M! We are SO thankful for them!

After good long naps we all ate lunch together! :) Great talks at lunch! 

Wouldn't know by  these picutres that Owie had such a rough morning. You did cry on and off all day because of the pain. 

Other than the stitches it was a wonderful week! We love you two so very much!
