Standards Based Christmas Tree!
Greetings from Mrs. H's classroom!
I decided I wanted to put up a tree this year in my classroom. My sweet mother-in-love found a perfect tree for my classroom! It's the PERFECT size! So, I brought it in today and set it up! (I know, it's a bit early, but these 2 days before break are torture for the kids, so I thought I would make it fun!)
Our tree is filled with the Georgia Performance Standards! I actually made a ribbon of all the standards that will be taught in December in our classroom! And all the homemade ornaments are standards based! The kids loved making the ornaments even though they are math problems and grammar on them! I used my lovely CRICUT to make the ornaments for them to write on!
