Sharing Our News!

So I'm sure if you've had a baby before you know the feeling of wanting to tell EVERYONE that you are with child! Well, that happened to me about 15 minutes after I saw the PREGNANT on the pregnancy test.

We've of couse wanted to wait. But some people had to know early. :)

We told our family all in one weekend! And we just happend to be celebrating the Mr.'s parents 30th wedding anniversary! Here ya go!

So What If...

• I'm not counting down the days anymore...everyone knows now! We are expecting!
• I'm loving looking at my sweet baby's pictures!
• I cannot wait to go on vacation!
• I love buying school supplies.
• I'm so excited we don't have to wait to find out what my BFF is having! Her reveal party is FRIDAY!
• I not going to miss the lazy days of summer.
• It's too hot to even check the mail...that's why I have a house with AC!
• I'm thankful and sooo very blessed.

Happy 50th Birthday Mom!!!

We had a surprise party for her this past weekend! It was fun to actually surprise her! Heres to 50 more years!!

How I told the Mr!

So, the Mr. was out of town when I found out I was pregnant!

I didn't think I was pregnant...

But that Saturday night I had a dream.

So when I woke up Sunday(June 5th) morning I decided to take a test just to see!

The dogs woke me up at 6am....especially early since the Mr. wasn't home to take them out! ha! :) I took the dogs out, went upstairs to take the test. Then I headed back down to feed the dogs and such. I just left the test upstairs because it took 3 minutes to give the answer.

Well I finally head back upstairs forgetting about the test, then I remembered...so I went in the bathroom and looked down and this is what I saw:

I was sooo shocked!! And SOO excited! I ran downstairs and got my camera afraid that it would go away before the Mr. got home!

I tried going back to sleep...NOT happening! So I got up! The Mr. and I had bought a hammer cookie cutter way back when we were engaged...we said we would use it to tell people we were pregnant. :) So I headed downstairs to make the Mr. some HAMMAR cookies!

We just happened to have this packet in our pantry...I usually make things from scratch but it was about 6:15am! ha!

Then I broke out my Cricut and started cutting! :)

I wrote a poem...

"We have some exciting news,

And it's nothing to do with the blues.

God has given us a blessing

It comes with a lot of nesting.

No matter girl or boy,

We will love our new bundle of joy!

We are going to have a

BABY HAMMAR!"

Then I set it all up for him!

He came home that afternoon and this is what he came home to!

It was an exciting evening!

We will have a new member of our family in

February 2012!!!

We are so excited and SOO blessed. So thankful that God has given us such a wonderful blessing! We cannot wait to meet our little baby in February!

Getting close to the weekend! YAY!

Done with my one grad class! WHOOHOO!

Excited to see some friends this weekend!

And actually go to our church here...we've been out of town for the past 5 weekends.

I got some school stuff in the dollar spot at Target yesterday! They always have cute stuff that is useful! As much as I love summer, I'm kind of excited about going back to work! I know...I know...but I really do love what I do. :) And I'm very excited about the new grade!! 2nd!!! I also got my new lesson planner! BIG DORK!

But I'm still looking forward to a great rest of our summer!
