TJH's Birthday Celebration!

This year, we decided not to have a party for TJH...but an experience! I think it was perfect! We just love spending time with our family and friends and it was a bit less stressful to plan this event. :)

We decided that the Children's Museum in ATL was a great place for TJH and the girls at this age. And then we picked a fun place to eat for lunch...The Varsity!

I even had a cake made for him! I know, right?!?! Who am I?! I wanted to really enjoy his birthday and not be stressed. We got a cookie cake made and it was PERFECT! 

His cake! We all loved it! I picked it up Friday night too so we were ready to go Saturday morning!

We headed to ATL Saturday morning!

Honey, GMama, Aunt B, Aunt A and A, M and J, and H and BB all came to the museum with us! The kids had a blast!! We could have stayed for hours!

After we played for  about 2 hours we headed out for lunch! More family and friends met us for lunch! 

H and I have been so good about our clean eating so we both packed our lunch to eat The Varsity!

We had a wonderful time celebrating this sweet baby boy! He was so happy all day to be with his people! I hope he is always loving and excited about his family and friends. Because we all love him so much!

T's actual Birthday! :)

Tucker's birthday was last Thursday! It was his GOLDEN birthday too because he turned 4 on the 4th! He was SO  much fun this year! I think this was the first year he realized he was turning a year older! He had a smile on his face all day!

Birthday eve we gave him some new pjs! 

The Mr. decorated the night before and got the table all set up for dinner on his birthday!

T woke up to balloons and a big Minion in his room! He was SO excited!

After we got dressed he came down to open cards from GMama and Aunt B! He loved having them read to him! 

I made him a special shirt for his special day! All three kiddos wore their monogram shirts. :)

Daddy even put balloons in the car for him! 

We stopped at KK for a special birthday donut! We went inside and sat down to enjoy our donut! 

We took cookies(his request) and juice for all of his classmates at school! He said he loved having a birthday treat at school!

Can't believe my baby is 4! Every year on his birthday I wear something with anchors since that is always been his "thing". We had to get a picture in our matching anchor shirts! 

We picked up a Chick-fil-A nugget tray and some lemonade for the birthday boy to have dinner with our neighbors! 

The Mr. made him a small cake for us to celebrate with the neighbors! He loved that it was a T!

We got him a Kindle Fire and Mickey Mouse headphones! He was pretty excited! :) 

It was a fun special day for our sweet TJH! I would say he felt special for sure!

Happy 4th Birthday Tucker John!

I cannot believe you are 4 years old today! Where has the time gone? I remember the day you were born clear as day! :) You've gone from an almost 8lb little baby boy to mama's big baby boy! 

Here are some things about you at four years old:

-You LOVE your sisters so much. You are sweet to them about 90% of the time! You can't wait to help Mommy wake them up in the mornings and you love playing outside with them.

-You have gotten better about eating...veggies are still hard. But you do enjoy green beans. You love breakfast foods, Pa's prime rib, banana muffins, cheese pizza, chicken and rice, and you will try almost anything. 

-You love trains! Your favorite is when Daddy builds a super big track downstairs. 

-We have started to introduce you to some of the original Disney movies and you love Jungle Book, Aladdin, and Finding Nemo (even though that's not an old one, it's older).  

-Playing outside is your favorite activity! You love our new yard and neighborhood. And the neighbor kids! You enjoy riding your bike, scooter and big wheel. 

-Church is one of your favorite places to go! You've started to memorize bible verses and we are reading through your children's bible that GMama gave your for Christmas. You love the stories and always ask great questions. 

-You are very adventurous and have no fear like your Daddy, when he was a child. GMama tells stories that are very similar from your Daddy to you. :) 

-You moved this past year and did great with the transition! You sometimes ask about our old house and you do miss M and J a lot but you seem to really love our new home. 

-You LOVE school! You ask on the weekends to go. You are very social at school and know all the teachers (even the ones who don't teach you). You always are coming home with facts and things you learned at school.
-We have introduced you to board games and you are super good at them! :) Candy Land is one of your favorites!
-You love to cuddle and give hugs and kisses!

Tucker John, we love you more then you will EVER know. You have brought so much joy and sunshine to our life! You love life, your family and friends! You always are up for a good time and also enjoy taking it easy with your family. You are so smart and love to learn new things. We pray that you will continue to learn and grow and also continue to learn about Jesus' love for you!

Beautiful Weekend!

So two weekends ago we had snow and this weekend it was in the 60's! That's Georgia for you! :)

We played a lot at home and got some things done. The Mr. took TJH to a birthday party on Saturday and I stayed at home with the girls and played. I ran a ton of errands Saturday afternoon. 

Sunday we took it slow in the morning and then G and Pa came for a unplanned visit which turned out to be so fun! We went to lunch, played outside and then G and Pa kept the kiddos so we could go to church and to our first night of our new small group!
