Valentines 2015

I've always loved Valentines Day! We had some fun in my classroom for Valentines Day and at home even though Olivia wasn't feeling well! 

My students covered boxes for their mailboxes.

I was able to make it to EK&O's school Valentine party! They ate a ton! Which later made Olivia not feel so well! 

Tuck didn't want his picture taken of him bringing me my OJ on Valentines morning. :)

Olivia got sick a few times on Valentines day and we figured out she was super constipated and we think all the junk at her party the day before didn't help at all. She felt better by Sunday after she went  to the bathroom. 

Valentines Day is more about the kiddos now then us doing something together...and that's okay!!! 

What's New!?

Sorry for the lack of posts...we are alive and well just busy with life!

At the beginning of the month I threw a shower for my sweet friend K...she is expecting her 3rd boy and I'm just so excited for her! She is a super mom and I know she'll love being a mom to 3!! :)

Mama ended up being in town on T's actual birthday because Olivia came down with a 103 fever and had to be taken to the doc before returning to school. We went to Chick-fil-A for dinner of course and Tuck got some ice-cream to celebrate! :)

2 days after Olivia had the 103 fever EK got it too! They both ended up having ear infections. I took the day off to take care of EK. It ended up being good because I was able to get everything read for T's party and our house showed for the first time that Friday evening. 

We kept Lilo and Flik one evening and as soon as M left Tucker got on the floor with Flik and told him, "Don't worry Flik, Riah be back!"

The kiddos are great, just busy with work, getting things done around the house since it's on the market and waiting on Spring! :) 

Exciting News!

So, we are MOVING! :) YAY!

Well, we have to sell our house first of course!

And we are building a house!! So excited about this! Being able to get exactly what we want!!

We are moving about 15 min away from where are now...but we are moving away from everything...which I'm excited about. It will take 10-15 min to get to a grocery store...which is what I'm used to from growing up. The neighborhood is much smaller then our current one and the lots are much bigger! We will have a big yard that the kids and dogs can enjoy! And of course us too! 

We've picked colors and upgrades. We are just waiting for them to get permits and then they will start clearing the land. 

We will update with pictures as we go through the process! :) 

Tucker's 3rd Birthday_Curious George

One of Tucker's loves is Curious George! When we asked him what he wanted his birthday theme to be he said, "George!" so that's what we did!

We did it a local gymnastics gym. We attended a friends party at this location last year and Tuck LOVED it so we thought it would be perfect for this year! And let me tell you, having parties away from home is the way to go! Less stress and less mess!:)

We did the party from 2-3:30...after naps for most kids but before dinner time. 

Tuck had lots of guest...family and friends! 

I knew decorations would be limited because of the location but I still wanted it to be cute. We went with the red and yellow colors of George. 

Seemed like everyone to enjoy themselves...even the adults! :) 

TJH_3 Year Update

Tucker John you're 3!!

Dear TJH,

Goodness, where do I begin?! You are the BEST little or should I say BIG boy! You are growing into a handsome, smart, funny and very loving boy! 

Here are some things about you at 3 years old! (We will get stats next week!)

-You love waffles for breakfast and of course the occasional donut. :)
-You love to play with trains, cars and airplanes. O, and dump trucks!
-Reading is still a big priority to you! You enjoy Curious George books, If you Give a Mouse A Cookie books, and books about dogs, trucks and ABC's. You also enjoy "reading" to us and the girls.
-You can sing your ABC's and count to 30ish. You can recognize a lot of letters and you can spell your first name. You know your colors, animals with sounds, and love love to sing!!

-Some of your favorite shows are: Curious George, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Daniel Tiger, and Thomas the Train.
-Eating is still hit or miss with you...you LOVE fruit!! You'll at least try everything but you are still pretty  set on what you like to eat...pj&j's, chicken nuggets, soup, grilled cheese, and cereal! ha!
-Playing outside is always a go for you! You love to go on walks, ride your scooter or bike, or play with the pups.
-You take one 2-3 hour nap a day. You sleep 11-13 hours every night. Sleeping is still great for you, and you're sleeping in a Queen bed and doing great with it.
-You're the BEST big brother! You enjoy playing tag with your sisters and you're super careful with them. You enjoy building blocks with them too. You don't really like when they touch your trains or train tracks but other than that you're SUPER sweet to them. You also enjoy going in in the mornings to wake them up. And bath time is a blast with all three of you together!
-You only have to sit in time out every once in a while and it's usually just for not listening.
-You help us feed the dogs and put the clothes in the dryer. You love to bake and help with things in the kitchen.
-You are pretty funny! :) You love to make up silly names for family members and you laugh so hard whenever you come up with one.
-You are still so sweet and loving. You are always up from some hugs and cuddles. :)

Tucker, we love you SO very much! You are so pleasant to be around and we love being your parents. We cannot wait to see the great young boy you're going to become. Always remember that we love and believe in you.
