11. Favorite movie you watched:
The Help. Hands down was the best book and movie!! Loved both of them!!

10. Favorite TV series:
Teen Mom 1 and 2. I know...it's horrible TV but I love it. I also enjoy watching 20/20 and Dateline too.

9. Favorite restaurant:
This is kind of hard...but anything Mexican.

8. Favorite new thing you tried:
Prenatal Yoga. AMAZING!!!

7. Favorite gift you got:
Nook Tablet!! I love it! I use it all the time! I love to read and it's just so easy to use!

6. Favorite thing you pinned:
O goodness where do I begin!?!? I love Pinterest.com!! I don't think I can pick just one because I've made a few things, did a few things in my classroom and have gotten so many ideas from the site!

5. Favorite blog post:
This one!

4. Best accomplishment:
Probably with the help of the our good Lord is carrying this baby so far! I've had a wonderful pregnancy! We have been very blessed to have so much fun while preparing for our sweet baby boy!

3. Favorite picture:

(Sorry, I can't get it to turn...but I just love this precious little picture! First time seeing our little baby!)

2. Favorite memory:
I have a couple: 1. Telling the Mr. we were going to be parents! 2. Finding out what our baby was! It's a boy! 3. The times we spent with our family and friends! Like our two trips to the Bahamas, our friends wedding in Disney, decorating our babies nursery and so much more!

1. Goal for 2012
To stay positive always! Trust in the Lord! Love my family with all I've got!

34 weeks

PREGNANCY HIGHLIGHTS

How Far Along: 34 weeks

Size of baby: cantalope...4.5lbs
Weight gain: I think I'll reveal that at the end. ha!
Maternity Clothes: All bottoms and tops are still a good mixture.

Gender: BOY! Tucker John

Movement: Yes! And I'm hoping he's starting to go down and not breech anymore....
Sleep: Sleep isn't the best part of my day...it's getting hard to get comfortable and I'm getting up a lot more now. But I know this is temporary so I'm not going to complain!Symptoms: Nothing new. So blessed to be feeling so great!
What I miss: Dunkin' Donuts coffee
Cravings: Cold water...like ice cold!
Best Moment this week: Having a wonderful dr. appt yesterday! HIS HEAD IS DOWN!!! Praise the Lord! :) And I'm measuring a week ahead...but this doesn't worry me at all...I'm hoping that means I have a chunky boy! :)
What I am looking forward to: Just a few more weeks of pregnancy...I'm going to soak it up because I'm sure there will be things I will miss about being pregnant...I know nothing will compare to how it is when he's actually here but I've enjoyed carrying this sweet boy!

Wrapping up the year...

Cannot believe that 2011 is almost over. It's been a wonderful year. So many blessings. I'm so thankful for the things that have happened this year. It didn't start out very good, but ended up being blessings in disguise. The Mr. losing his job, car accident and only having one car, and Ethel being hit by a car...all led to the most wonderful blessing, our baby! :) I cannot wait to see what 2012 has in store for us, TJH will be a HUGE blessing for us, but who knows what else God has in store for us.

Before we left town on earlier this week we had brunch with some wonderful friends. It's wonderful to be able to all get together since we live in three different states. We were missing our friend K though. But it was wonderful to catch up in person. :)

Going "home" to see our family always wears us out including the pups! The Mr. took a nap on the couch and Lucy took it upon herself to sleep on top of her daddy! :)

What are you looking forward to in 2012? New goals?

I'm looking forward to our family expanding, another year of grad school, teaching some sweet students, the Mr. hopefully getting into grad school and starting that adventure, and fun memories with family and friends!

Maternity Pictures

My good friend, L, she is more like a sister, took some maternity pictures of me last week. Two days before Christmas and it was so beautiful outside. We headed to a small town that is close to our hometown and she got some shots of me. I hope Tucker enjoys seeing how his Mommy looked while he was baking. :)

Kenzie Jayne

Kenzie Jaynewas born December 23rd!!

8lbs 2 oz and 21 inches long

PERFECTION!

We couldn't be more excited for M and J!

Tucker is one lucky boy to be friends and grow up with such a beautiful girl! Maybe Tucker and Kenzie will get married one day! :)

The whole day that Kenzie was born Tucker was very active...I think it's because I kept telling him how beautiful and perfect Kenzie was! :)

The Mr. and I were able to go visit M, J and Kenzie and we couldn't get enough of her! She is truly a gift from God and M and J are already such wonderful parents to this sweet little girl!

We also just got even more excited about our sweet boy making his arrival soon. It's going to be so wonderful to raise our children together. Such great memories to be made in the years to come!

It's Wednesday!

So What If...

I'm kind of sad all the Christmas fun is over but at the same time I'm ready for the new year!
I'm enjoying having time to read whenever I want.
I'm wanting to just be at home and do whatever I want...my break is coming to an end fast. :(
I love Christmas music but I kind of got burnt out this year...I'm gald there is normal music on now.
I love that my best friend had her sweet baby girl!! She is beautiful and it makes me soo excited about Tucker's arrival!
I'm not a fan of my hair right now because it's not curling right when I wear it natural but I do like my hair the way I've been fixing it and it last a couple of days which is nice....yall I shower...I just don't wash my hair everyday! ha!
I'm ready to hear Tucker's heartbeat again on Friday...I like these every 2 week appts now! :)
I'm looking forward New Years Eve! :)

Christmas Number 2

Christmas morning was spent with the Mr's family. We woke up pretty early to open presents before church. We had fun opening gifts and spending time together. We enjoyed some thin Swedish pancakes before heading out the door for church.
