T is for Tucker!

I know a lot of my posts have to do with the girls. This is a scrapbook/journal and I documented Tuck's first year the same way I'm documenting the girls. But I do LOVE to updates about Tucker too! He's growing SO darn fast!

Some facts about Tucker at 26 months:
-He still sleeps like a champ! 12-13 hours at night and at least 1 2-2.5 hour naps and some days he still takes two naps.
-He repeats everything we say....EVERYTHING. :)
-He's still teething...I think we are almost done...last two teeth are coming in.
-Tucker loves to play with his baby doll and help take care of the girls...feeding, burping, rocking and holding them. :)
-He's starting to be able to dress himself.
-He wants to go "bye bye car" all the time! :)
-He's still very into Curious George but also loves Thomas the train and the movie Frozen.
-Tucker would stay outside if we let him! He loves to play ball, draw with chalk, blow bubbles and ride his cars outside.
-He LOVES his nanny E! :)
-He puts 4-5 words together now to talk...more than just 1-2 words at at time.
- He knows about 8 letters(like which letter is the letter T and he will point and say the letter), he can count to 15...he does skip some numbers sometimes, he can say most colors but doesn't always tell us the correct color when asked. :)
-He's still a book worm! He loves to be read to, he loves to read independently and he enjoys reading to his sisters or stuffed animals. Some of his favorite books are: any book about trucks/cars, any book about animals, any pop up/flip up books, Llama Llama Red Pajama, Snuggle Puppy, Go Dog Go and many more!
-He refers to himself as "Tucker John"...which I LOVE!
-He's still pretty shy in large groups of kids, we are working on this by going and exposing him to activities with groups of kids.
-He still has his passy...we really try to limit it to the car and bed.
-He's a pretty good eater, he LOVES fruit. He will eat chicken, hot dogs, and sausage for meats. He loves eggs, cereal and rice. We can't get him to eat many veggies. We just keep offering them. He recently started eating pizza.
-He's a good independent player...he will play for a good amount of time by himself. We love to play with him but I think it's good for children to be able to play by themselves too.
-Overall he's just a happy kid! Always giving us hugs and kisses and telling us he loves us! We are SO blessed! :)

Here are some pictures of our sweet boy recently:

O my goodness do we love our little boy! He bring us so much joy and happiness! :)
