Happy THREE Months Emma Kate and Olivia!

HAPPY 3 MONTHS EMMA KATE AND OLIVIA CAY!

Stats for EKH:

Weight: 10lbs 15.8oz (basically 11lbs!)

Height: 23 inches

Clothes: 0-3

Size of Diaper: Size 1

Daily Routine: Eating every 3 hours. You are still doing great getting your bottles of breastmilk.  You go to sleep between 7-8pm and usually sleep until 6-7am...you do have a couple nights a week that you will wake up a little earlier. But you eat and then go right back to sleep. You are getting much easier to put down at night. We have found a good routine for you...you like to take your bath, get a bottle, and then be put in your swing to fall asleep...then Daddy transfer you to your bed when he comes to bed.

Milestones: You are a BIG talker now! We joke that you don't let Olivia get any talking in.  You LOVE playtime and are trying to roll over...you get on your side but don't quite make it all the way over. :) And you are a big kicker! Your VERY favorite person is Daddy! You follow him around the room until he comes to see you. You smile at TJH a lot too! We think you are near the end of your colic...thank goodness! You don't cry hardly as much as you have in the past...you only cry really when your hungry and for a few minutes at bedtime.

Weight: 12lbs 12.9oz

Height: 23 1/4 inches

Clothes: 3 months (You can still fit into 0-3 but 3 months fits better!)

Size of Diaper: Size 1
Daily Routine: You nurse/get a bottle every 3-4 hours during the day. You sleep 12-13 hours each night and take great naps during the day.
Milestones: You LOVE to smile and coo. You are a big snuggler...you would perfer if someone snuggled you before each time you sleep. You are so clam and hardly ever get upset. You have no interest in rolling over...you are fine just laying flat for play time. You love to watch your big brother and smile when he's near! You enjoy bath time a lot!

Girly girls,

What a wonderful month! You are more aware of your surroundings and your family. You girls love to be talked to and played with! You two sweet girls bring so much joy to our house! You enjoyed your second big holiday this month...Thanksgiving! We just know Christmas will be so much fun with you sweet girls! You also went out of town for the first time and did so good. We can't imagine our family without you girls. We can't wait to see how much you grow and change in the next month.
