Week 40

Dear Tucker,

40 weeks seems like a long time baby boy! We have enjoyed every moment of the past 40 weeks with you!

This week was great for you!

Sunday started off by turning 9 months old!

You are loving meal time! You now love to eat chicken and avocado! 

You were such a good boy riding in the car for Aunt H's gender reveal! You were excited to find out that she is going to have a little girl! :) 

Monday was a big day for you!
You started to officially crawl!

You began to crawl in the morning while Mommy was at work but Daddy sent lots of videos!

And you crawled to Mommy when I got home! :)

Tuesday was a big day too! You had your 9 month well-visit and it was Election Day 2012!

You officially weigh 21.5 lbs-75%tile for weight and 28 inches long-50%tile for height. Dr. G was VERY impressed!

We played a lot for the rest of the day because Mommy was off work! :)

You do the funniest fake cough now! 

You really enjoy your sippy cup!

It was chilly and yucky on Tuesday so we stayed warm inside! 

We ate a late lunch/early dinner with Daddy at Chick-fil-A!

You got a boo-boo today while crawling. We iced it but you wanted to be held. 

 The 2012 Election Day was today too! You of course wore your American flag pjs to bed!

This is your NO OBAMA face!

I can't believe you'll be 4 and 1/2 the next time it's time to vote for a new president! 

So, Wednesday morning was a sad day for you sweet boy. You received the flu shot at his well visit on Tuesday...well it made you sick. Not cool at all! Mommy feels so guilty for letting you get the shot. Fever, congested, and miserable....makes a VERY sad Mommy.

Those sweet eyes look so sad. :(

By Friday you were feeling a little bit better. Fever was gone. 

You love playing in your Pack n' Play while Daddy gets a few things done. We believe that all children should be able to play alone too. It's good for your character sweet boy!

Friday night, Daddy and Mommy went to a Junior League event and Grandma R came to play. 

We are so blessed that you have so  many special people that love you and love to spend time with you. :)

Saturday mornings are Mommy's favorites. We can play, eat and laugh and it's so fun!

What a BIG week sweet boy! Turned 9 months, first tooth, CRAWLED and got sick from a shot. WHEW! We are SO very blessed to be given you as our son. We love you so very much and pray that we are raising you the way the Lord wants us to. :)
