Week 27

Dear Tucker,

You're first week being 6 months old! :) Mommy and Daddy can't believe that we have a 6 month old!

Sunday was spent trying to get you well. You still had a fever of 99-101.

We just played and rested. 

And then we headed out for some dinner! You loved listening to Mommy and Daddy talk during dinner! You even took your passy out to talk for a little bit too! :)

Even though you've been so sick you still have been smiling and laughing when you can! 

Monday morning you woke up at 3:30AM. Mommy knew you weren't feeling well. So Daddy took you back to the doc again. They had to draw blood. :(

Your doctor is just the best! He called Daddy personally Monday evening with the test results. Nothing new to report and he said that the Hand Foot Mouth Disease and ear infection were almost cleared. He said the fever was due now to a bad case of teething. We are just so thankful that it's nothing too serious!
Monday evening Mommy had Open House for school until early evening so we didn't get to spend much time together but we did have fun in the bath!

You enjoy playing with Daddy while Mommy is at work! And Daddy is so good at sending pictures!

 You love to play with your doggies! :)

You're doing better with solids this week. Your doc told us to take a break when you had the blisters on your throat but you are back to eating solids. You ate oatmeal for the first time and you liked it a lot better than the rice cereal. 

Wednesday was Mommy's first day with students!

You've enjoyed our evening walks! And we get home you are pretty warm so we let you play in just your diaper and you love it! 

You're sitting so good now! You only topple over occasionally now. :)

Daddy lets you watch a little bit of Elmo in the mornings and you LOVE it!

You enjoyed some quality time with Aunt K and LK! Shopping at Target is so fun!

Daddy got you a new teething ring! And you LOVE it!

Saturday morning play time with  Mommy is always fun!

Aunt K came and watched you for a couple hours because Daddy was going out of town and Mommy was still at work. She did a great job and you had so much fun with her!

All ready for bed on Saturday night! You didn't want to go to bed because you were afraid your Aunties would have fun without you. So Mommy let you stay up later to play with them! :)

Another wonderful week! We are glad that you are finally better and now the low fevers are just from teething. You are such a joy and even when you were so sick you were still so happy. We are excited about  spending the end of the summer and beginning of fall with you! SO many memories to be made! And we couldn't imagine doing it all without you now! :)
