Week 5

Dear Tucker,

You are such a good boy! Mommy and Daddy always are bragging that you are such a good baby...and it's the truth! You only cry if you are wet or hungry and you sleep so good.

You turned ONE MONTH old on Sunday and we took your montly pictures! You did so good while we were taking pictures. :)

This week started out with some special visotrs. On Sunday Aunt Jan came for a visit. It was your first time meeting her. Mommy and Daddy had lunch with her while you napped and then you woke up happy to see her! Later on that day L and B came to visit you! Aunt L had met you the day you were born but B had not met you yet. You loved being held by them!

Monday, while Daddy gave blood me and you went to our weekly Bundles of Joy group. Mommy got to weigh you and you are 10.15lbs!! Big boy! :) You are breast feeding so well!

Tuesday morning after you ate and got dressed for the day you gave Mommy and Daddy your first real smile! We've seen you smile while you sleep but this was the first smile while awake and happy! :) It was so darn cute!

Wednesday was a big day! Your frist trip out of our town! You did so good for your first little road trip. Just an hour in the car but you were wonderful...slept the whole time! We went to celebrate Aunt LK's 17th birthday at Grandpa and Grandma R's house. We picked up LK from school and had yummy mexican for dinner! You loved the visit!

Later in the week was filled with lots of quality time with Mommy and Daddy! You always do so good when we run errands. You still love to ride in the car. We got you a fun toy to look at when you are in your car seat...you love to look at it and sometimes you knock it with your hands. :)

You slept 6-8 hours each night this week! Such a good sleeper! You still take good naps during the day. You eat about every 2.5-3 hours and love to sit up and play after eating.

You wore a special shir this week! Back when your Mommy and Daddy were engaged we were in Baby Gap shopping for a baby gift for somone and we found this onesie. We just had to get it because we knew one day we would have a little HAMmarlund! :)

You are such a special boy Tucker John! We fall more in love with you each day. We never knew we could love someone so much that it hurts. We love you TJH!
